Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date with a 15% restocking fee.

2. Items must be undamaged and in original packaging ensure that all articles in the package are intact; if not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

3. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. You must be the original purchaser of the product – and be able to provide an order number or account email address.

5. Once receive the product we will credit your account for the amount originally paid for the product minus a 15% restocking fee.

6. If your device is defective and you are within your 1 year warranty period, we will either repair or replace your unit free of charge. Please contact us and ship the device to us.
